Website and waitlist terms

The short version: joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. We can't promise when you'll get access. Please use the site fairly.

Who we are

This website, orbitgravity.com, is run by Orbit (“we”, “us”), a trading name of Harry Langley, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Orbit makes Gravity. Contact: hello@orbitgravity.com.

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the waitlist is

  • Gravity is not available yet. The waitlist is a free list of people who'd like to hear when it opens and to be offered early access.
  • Joining doesn't create an account, doesn't cost anything and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
  • We confirm your email address before you're added (double opt-in). You can leave at any time using the link in any email from us.
  • You must be 16 or over to join, and you may only add your own email address.

No guarantee of access or timing

We plan to open access in waves, but we don't guarantee that you'll get access, when you'll get it, or at what price. The product, its features and prices may change before launch, and we may decide not to launch it at all. Being on the waitlist doesn't give you a right to any particular offer unless we confirm it to you in writing.

What’s on this site

The site describes a product that is still being built. Screens, examples and numbers marked “Example data” are illustrations, not real results or promises. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice, and we can't guarantee that what works for one account will work for yours.

Using the site fairly

Please don't:

  • sign up other people, or use fake or disposable addresses;
  • use bots or scripts to submit the form, or try to overload, probe or break the site;
  • try to get around our security or rate limits, or access data that isn't yours;
  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to copy or scrape it in bulk.

We may remove sign-ups or block access that breaks these rules.

Our content and brand

The site's text, design, graphics and code, and the Gravity and Orbit names and logos, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to the site for personal use. Please don't copy, reuse or adapt our content or brand without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

  • We provide the site and the waitlist free of charge and “as is”. We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity), or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your legal rights as a consumer.

Your privacy

How we collect and use your data is explained in our privacy policy. Our cookies statement explains why this site needs no cookie banner.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms, for example when Gravity launches. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell waitlist members by email about changes that matter. We may close the waitlist at any time; if we do, we'll handle your data as our privacy policy describes.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts; if you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law. If something goes wrong, please email hello@orbitgravity.com first: we'd much rather sort it out with you directly.
